UPCOMING PROJECTS

The Upcoming Projects page lists all projects which are far enough into the design stage to have a spec book set up. The Month/Year date column provides an estimated bid date (month and year only) which is subject to change. Once a project is advertised, printed, and available for sale; it will be posted on the INDEX PAGE.

APPARENT LOW BIDS

For projects that are sold by CT Consultants out of our corporate office in Willoughby, Ohio, (and sometimes projects out of our branch offices) the apparent low bids will be posted as soon as the bid packages are received back in the office. This is usually, but not necessarily the same day. The "apparent" file will be found under the specific job name off the "/bidinfo/" Index page and will remain there for seven days after the bid opening.

BID TABS

Not all, but most bid tabs can be found on the website at the bottom of the bidinfo page with the link titled "Bid Tabs." Upon completion, bid tabs will be posted in either ".html" format which can be read by your internet browser (MS Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.) or "pdf" format which can be read by Adobe Acrobat Reader (available on the web for free [type in "Adobe Acrobat Reader" in any search engine]).

AWARDED CONTRACTS

For almost all projects posted on the website at time of bidding, the awarded contractor and the awarded amount can be found on the website with the link titled "Awarded" at the bottom of the /bidinfo/ Index page. These will be posted only after the municipality's legislative body has awarded the contract (an average of about 10 days after the bid opening, but varies greatly for each project). These will stay on the "Awarded" page until the contract is fully executed (usually 4 to 6 weeks after the bid opening, but varies greatly for each project).
