CT’s core business strategy is municipal engineering. We currently serve as municipal engineer to over 20 communities which enables our municipal clients to receive the benefit of the collective knowledge of all our municipal representatives and their shared experiences. Technical staff with key in-house expertise support our municipal engineers resulting in the highest quality service and standards of care. Whether it is how to locate funding for a project, plan for capital improvements, interpret regulations or provide technical guidance, CT’s municipal engineers have direct access to in-house resources to help answer tough questions.

We customize the support given to municipal clients based on the level of service required. Realizing that budgets are limited, some of our municipal clients find it more cost effective to call upon our trained technical staff as needed rather than support a full-time engineering staff. In other cases, we are asked to support municipal engineering staff so that workload is smoothed out and utilization of staff is maximized.
