CT Consultants has been selected by the City of Cleveland Division of Water to provide the expertise and knowledge to prepare a Facilities Improvements Plan for Secondary Sites. Led by Senior Water Resources Engineer, Bob McNutt, P.E., CT will develop a capital improvement plan for renovation of the secondary sites in its distribution system including booster pump stations, tanks and towers.

After completing a $750 million Plant Enhancement Program, the City now turns its focus on a renewal program for their secondary facilities which comprise the water transmission and distribution network. The water system consists of nine hydraulic districts covering an area of 620 square miles and includes approximately 5,000 miles of water mains.  The plan will include eleven secondary pump station sites; seven of which include water storage, and nine sites with water towers.
