Greenville Utilities Commission Selects CT Consultants to Provide Planning, Programming, and Preliminary Design of a New Operations Center

CT Consultants has been selected by the Greenville Utilities Commission (GUC), Greenville, NC to assess needs and perform programming and conceptual studies, to develop preliminary designs and a preliminary site master plan for a new operations center. The new operations center will facilitate the day-to-day and emergency activities of GUC’s electric, gas, water, sewer, and internal service (administrative and engineering) functions. Led by Project Manager John deGraaf, RA, NCARB, CT will develop a programming and master planning study, including preliminary design plans, for the estimated 40 to 45 million dollar new facility located on 82-acres of land on NC Highway 43, adjacent to the Highway 264 Bypass in Greenville.

The first phase of the project is to be completed in 150 days and upon approval by GUC; it is anticipated that the project will move into final design.
