On Monday, July 24th Reynoldsburg City Council approved CT Consultants’ contract to begin design services for the new $25-million Reynoldsburg Community Center YMCA. Our staff is excited to begin designing the proposed 52,000-sf, two-story facility that will include administrative offices, community rooms, a fitness center, a gymnasium, and indoor and outdoor aquatic center, a large parking are, and addition space for potential tenant partners.

This will provide a true community center for the City to host family-friendly events, cultural offerings, and athletic events, all while being a responsible investment towards an improved quality of life for residents.

CT’s experience with the Reynoldsburg Community Center project began two years ago when we were retained to perform a feasibility study of the 10-acre parcel of land immediately adjacent to the existing 42-acre Huber Park in the heart of the City of Reynoldsburg, to determine if it was suitable for constructing the proposed Community Center. We continue to be as dedicated and passionate today as we were when this project began, and are committed to serving as Reynoldsburg’s trusted advisor to deliver a high-value and cost-effective solution, which will provide both a catalyst for economic development and re-establish the Heart of the Community for the City.
