CT Consultants’ Mark Horton and Sam Morgan served as Project Managers for Ursuline College on the $7.0 million, 30,000 sf Bishop Anthony Pilla Student Learning Center.  This project was launched in 1998 and began an impressive wave of capital projects for Ursuline College that transformed this beautiful campus into the modern setting that it is today. At the center of this renaissance is the Pilla Learning Center, the iconic building on campus and its focal point for student activities.

Conceived as a “beacon of learning” the design includes an iconic tower that is visible from all directions. The building consists of:

  • Advanced learning classrooms with “distance learning” and visual capabilities
  • A nursing technology learning lab
  • Two large lecture halls
  • Full service bistro with multi level dining hall anchored by a soaring vaulted ceiling and stained glass windows
  • Administrative offices for student and faculty support services
