Landscape Architecture

Our landscape architects utilize techniques and practices that are sustainable, enduring, and beautiful.

CT’s landscape architects work closely with clients to develop spaces that achieve preferred environmental and aesthetic outcomes. We are experienced working at various scales, including urban corridors and courtyards, large municipal parks, shopping centers, and office developments.

Landscape Architecture

Landscape architectural services for public and private sector clients typically include client representation in public forums to gain community acceptance. CT designs landscapes that include parking areas, pedestrian and vehicular circulation systems, and site furnishings that include lighting, benches, signage, pavements, curbs, walls, and ramps.

We also design outdoor courtyards, plazas, play areas, athletic fields, trails, and picnic and seating areas for many of our projects. We use landscape plant materials that are hardy, native, and low maintenance to minimize life cycle costs.

Urban Revitalization

Revitalizing concepts, unique to each community, are delivered by building upon a community’s raw materials: its architecture and character, history and heritage, uniqueness, and people.

Our strength is listening to the community and developing an implementable plan that responds to the community’s needs. Our process provides a blueprint for viable projects and includes experienced CT team members working alongside community representatives to guide them through an often complex process. The experience of CT’s team, along with additional support staff experienced in revitalization projects, has guided many communities through this process of bringing vision to reality.

CT has a significant portfolio of implemented revitalization plans, from smaller communities to larger urban cores. We are experienced in working with third-party organizations or business associations that initiate revitalization efforts, to facilitate project implementation.
