CT’s Highway Division has the expertise and experience to prepare construction contract plans for all types of highway improvements ranging from simple resurfacing projects to complex reconstruction projects. CT is prequalified by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) for complex highway design. Plans are prepared to meet local design and plan format criteria, resolutions and procedures of ODOT as well as the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). CT provides the following items when working on highway projects as required:
