Welcome to the CT Consultants Project information page. The Projects listed below are currently in stock and available for sale at CT Consultants or other locations as noted. Please refer to the following instructions when using this page.

Instructions to Obtain Plans and Specifications (unless otherwise noted)

  1. Plans & specifications may be obtained in person at the CT Consultants office listed or by mail or for select projects the plans and specifications will be sold by the Owner at the Owner’s office as noted in the Comments in the Current Project Listing table below.
  2. Payment for the plans & specifications to be shipped must be by check made payable to CT Consultants, Inc. in the appropriate amount (additional charge for mailing) unless otherwise specified. Payment for plans and specifications picked up at a CT Consultants, Inc. office may also be by cash.
  3. Plans and Specifications can be purchased during the hours of 8:00 am to Noon and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Special arrangements can be made by calling the project manager.
  4. To obtain plans & specifications by mail/UPS, fax a copy of the check in the appropriate amount (including postage) to the office selling the plans & specifications, Attn: Plan Room. Plans will be mailed/UPS’d after receipt of the fax. Please include the name of the project desired, the corporate name of record (if different from the name on the check), telephone number, fax number, and an email address of who any addenda should be addressed. The original check is to be mailed to the office selling the plans & specifications:

·        CT Consultants has 13 offices in 5 states, but the ones above are currently the only ones that sell plans/specs.

 

  1. Plans and Specifications provided by mail/UPS will generally, but not necessarily, be sent out the day the fax is received. If the fax is received after 2:00 pm, the plans may be sent out on the next business day.
  2. The indicated mailed out charge is per set and is for regular mail or regular UPS ground. Special shipping arrangements must be made in advance and will incur additional charges. The plan mailing fee will be charged if plans are mailed/UPS’d even if special or overnight charges are applied to the purchaser`s UPS or Fed Ex account.

Special Conditions of Use for electronic files and hard copies of plans and specifications:

  1. Only portions of the plans and specifications have been scanned and are available on-line. The bid forms are not online. Unless otherwise noted, bidders must purchase the contract plans and specifications to obtain a complete set of bid documents.
  2. The electronic files and hard copies thereof of the plans and specifications may be utilized by prime contractors to see if they wish to purchase the entire set of plans and specifications and by subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to prepare quotes to prime contractors for that project. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
  3. The electronic files and hard copies thereof of the plans and specifications may be utilized by construction news agencies to inform contractors, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers of projects available for bid and the scope of the project. Any other use is strictly prohibited. No electronic files may be sold or distributed for a per project or per file fee. No hard copies thereof may be distributed except that one copy may be printed for use in each Plan Room and must be destroyed within 7 days after the Bid Opening.

 

  1. All electronic files presented on the CT Consultants, Inc. website or hard copies thereof and all electronic files and/or hard copies of the plans and specifications purchased or otherwise received directly or indirectly from CT Consultants are copyright protected materials and except as noted above are not to be reproduced in any form or otherwise utilized in whole or in part without expressed written permission from CT Consultants, Inc.
